Evaluation Center Brief Introduction
NIEC is the institution of national informatization
evaluation formally endowed by the government and
established in Jul. 29 2002,being ordered to take
on the research of national informatization index
system and national informatization index subsystem
including city informatization, enterprise informatization
and e-government simultaneously and take on informatization
level evaluation and consulting service as well.
Main task of NIEC:
· The research and measure
of informatization index system
· Contrastive analysis and evaluation in quality
and in quantity for the
informatization level of enterprises, government and
individuals.
· The working of evaluating informatization level
and awarding certification.
· Taking on the related consulting of national informitization,
e-government, enterprise informitization and city
informitization.
· NIEC set up committee of experts and research department,
training department, consulting department, authentication
management department, human resource department,
external cooperated department, publicized and popularized
department and technical support department beneath
it and set up subcenter throughout the country.
